Core Strategy:
- Localized Manufacturing: Establishing CKD assembly hubs in target countries to cut costs and boost local employment.
- Inclusive Financing: Offering Installment Plans from banks and Battery-Leasing models to lower ownership barriers.
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborating with governments (policy support), manufacturers (tech R&D), and financial institutions (green credit) to drive systemic change.
Key Offerings:
- Affordable EVs: E-Scooter priced 9~12% below market rates, heavy-duty e-rickshaws, and electric buses tailored for tropical climates.
- Revenue Sharing: 1~3% of sales revenue reinvested into partner communities for sustainability projects.
- Smart Infrastructure: Battery-swapping stations and solar-powered charging grids.
By 2035, GreenCircle targets deploying 15 million EVs, cutting 120 million tons of CO₂, and creating 50,000+ green jobs globally. This program embodies Kado Group’s vision of "Green Ecosystems for All" – merging economic viability with environmental stewardship.
